Kayla is directly in-network with all TennCare insurers and will be listed as the provider regardless of who you see. Kayla is directly in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and Ambyre can be scheduled for additional providers outside of TennCare at The Lactation Co. Kayla works with Wildflower to give coverage for Cigna. Please contact at my listed number (text preferred 8652972190) to schedule.

Update: now under Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA) with The Lactation Co to help provide better coverage for you in case of illness, needed days off, or unforseen events for your lactation consultant. The providers at The Lactation Co are medical professionals, lactation specialists, and also in-network with all covered insurances. Both Kayla and Ambyre are working there and may have more coverage when using that link.

If you are an established client looking for some quick answers via a virtual consultation this is just for you. If it is less than 30 minutes, it is unlikely to be covered by your insurance.

As a first time mom I had a LOT of questions. Even more since I was a high risk pregnancy with a IUGR baby. Kayla answered all my questions (even the crazy ones) during my third trimester. Kayla helped me gain the skills and knowledge I needed so that I knew how to hand express colostrum when my baby was born. Without her help my baby would have ended up in the NICU.
I got put on a triple feed schedule right away due to my baby only being 4.9oz. The mental and emotional toll that triple feeding takes is a lot. Kayla was there to offer support whether it be emotional support or tips/advice when my baby was struggling to latch/suckle. She was truly a blessing to have in my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Kayla truly helped me when I was feeling very defeated from the get go of my baby girl’s life. I truly believe her encouragement helped every bit!

Kayla provided at home lactation support after the birth of my son. He was born almost 3 weeks early with challenges maintaining his blood sugars. Due to our birth story, my milk was delayed in coming in. Kayla not only listened to my concerns, she provided an easy to follow step by step plan to help encourage milk supply. She helped identify any potential challenges with latching and discussed solutions to try. She is kind, empathetic and provides additional support as needed. It was a joy to work with her and I am so grateful for her care.
